Account Security Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Login details must not be shared with unauthorized persons Any suspected breach must be reported immediately to support The company will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence 3. Payments & Billing Users agree to comply with all payment obligations associated with the platform. All applicable service fees must be paid on time Delayed or failed payments may lead to: Temporary suspension Permanent account deactivation (in severe cases) No services will be guaranteed during periods of non-payment. 4. Data Protection & User Consent Users must ensure proper handling of customer data. Explicit consent must be obtained before sending WhatsApp messages Users must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws Any misuse of end-user data will result in strict action 5. Compliance with Meta Policies To maintain platform integrity, users must strictly follow WhatsApp Business API guidelines. Any violation of Meta Platforms policies may result in: Message restrictions API access suspension Permanent ban from services WAPFLOW will not be responsible for restrictions imposed due to policy violations by users.
